LAYERED PERSPECTIVES (2023)

This series is an exploration of physical and visual textures. I was able to push the boundaries of some of the materials, including hand-sanding many of the pieces for additional textures. Layered textures and saturated colors were used to create visual impact on a smaller scale.

These artworks were created with acrylic paint, paint mediums, oil sticks, handmade collage papers, and specialty papers on 6”x12” cradled wood panels.
